In Sapphire, I got the opportunity to manage the ecommerce team from order fulfillment, queries handling to social media compliance. Exploring sectors like the logistics and e-commerce industries has granted me the skills and experience to evolve the existing industry dynamics.

In that era, being able to specialize to manage multiple business processes like Project Management, Product Development, Marketing, etc. I was able to enable Alchemative as the only Pakistan based Shopify Plus Agency that has catered 140+ websites.
